About TowConnect
Making vehicle assistance simpler
TowConnect is a New Zealand platform designed to connect people who need vehicle assistance with participating providers. Whether you need a tow, roadside assistance or vehicle storage, TowConnect gives you a simple way to start your request — no membership required.
Why we built TowConnect
Sometimes you simply need help now
When something goes wrong with your vehicle, you shouldn't have to sign up for anything or ring around to find someone who can help. TowConnect is designed around that idea:
- Tell us what you need
- Tell us where you are
- Get connected with a provider
It's just as useful for local towing, storage and roadside assistance providers — a simple way to hear from customers in the areas they already service.
